The Livingston High School HSA is partnering with First Choice Prep to bring LHS students a discounted ACT/SAT diagnostic comparison test. This test is designed to determine whether students are better at the ACT or SAT and details areas of strength and growth to save families time and money in test prep. Students receive a personalized score report, our results webinar, and an opportunity to sign up for a 1:1 consultation. Proceeds from this test directly benefit the Livingston High School HSA! This is perfect for sophomores and juniors.
This course is designed to help students gain a strong foundation in test-taking strategies, sharpen their math, reading, and grammar skills, and leave feeling prepared and confident for their upcoming PSAT 8/9 and HSPT. Taught by Nick Wierda, the program is an Online Course (12 hours) with an option to add on an In Person Supplement with more guided practice, targeted review, and personalized feedback (6 hours). In-person lessons will be in Jersey City, NJ.
Unsure if the SAT or ACT is right for you? We’re partnering with the Jersey City Public Library to offer a free SAT/ACT Diagnostic on September 27. You’ll receive a custom score report which includes your baseline scores on the SAT and ACT, which test is right for you, and your strengths & weaknesses in all content on both tests. This is ideal for Sophomores and Juniors just getting started on college admissions test prep. Registration is required!

We lead webinars to share key information with families about the test prep and college admissions process. We host information sessions for specific grade levels and how to best prepare for college admissions. Join us for some of our hot-topic issue webinars – we cover everything from testing requirements at colleges to big trends or changes in test administration.
We offer foundation building coursework in a variety of academic subjects and the ACT and SAT. Our targeted boot camps are hosted virtually or in person for one to two weeks at a time to support our students with test prep or to help them transition to a new grade level. While keeping class sizes small to ensure differentiation and personalized attention, we maximize your child’s growth while minimizing the cost for you!
We also collaborate with local school districts and parent organizations on a variety of events from college nights to professional development.
