This is our Test Prep 101 – named First Step Prep because it’s the perfect first step to your test prep. This course builds foundational skills for students by teaching strategies and tips that can be applied to any test prep journey and reviewing the most commonly tested verbal and math problems. Designed for student flexibility – you can sign up for either the verbal section, math section or both. We may also offer a virtual option. This is the best-value class we offer!
Our Common App boot camp will teach you everything you need to know to get your college application and personal statement in great shape for submission. Led by our Director of College Consulting and an Essay Coach, we’ll cover completing the application, tracking deadlines, prepping for interviews, drafting and revising your personal statement, and brainstorming supplemental essays.
This course is designed to teach students the essential Algebra 2 skills they’ll need to master the math portions of the SAT and ACT. In this one-week class, a seasoned math and test prep expert will introduce students to Algebra 2 concepts they’ll be learning in school and how these concepts are commonly tested on the SAT and ACT. At the end of this course, students will be “math-ready” to begin their SAT or ACT prep in earnest.
One of our most popular courses: Our ACT and SAT Boot Camp is a 12-hour summer course that gets students prepared with a strong foundation for prepping for either test. This is ideal for students who are just getting started on prep and it’s also incredibly cost effective for families. We’ll cover reading comprehension, grammar, and all the most commonly tested math concepts.
If you’re looking for more practice before test day – which we HIGHLY recommend – sign up for one of our upcoming, full-length practice ACTs or SATs. These proctored, weekly tests are a great simulation for real test day, and you receive a full report on how you did so you can adjust your prep. Plus, they are free for our clients!

We lead webinars to share key information with families about the test prep and college admissions process. We host information sessions for specific grade levels and how to best prepare for college admissions. Join us for some of our hot-topic issue webinars – we cover everything from testing requirements at colleges to big trends or changes in test administration.
We offer foundation building coursework in a variety of academic subjects and the ACT and SAT. Our targeted boot camps are hosted virtually or in person for one to two weeks at a time to support our students with test prep or to help them transition to a new grade level. While keeping class sizes small to ensure differentiation and personalized attention, we maximize your child’s growth while minimizing the cost for you!
We also collaborate with local school districts and parent organizations on a variety of events from college nights to professional development.
